Práce „V polích“ je obrazovým komentářem k pohraničním krajům, dělícím čárám a historickým, politickým událostem, které se v těchto místech odehrávaly. Je rozdělena na dva přístupy: geometricko – analytický a obrazově filmový. Železné objekty, které připomínají tácy, byly zhotoveny palestinským kovářem. Každy tác představuje jiný typ vymezení území, od zcela otevřeného prostoru až po kontrolovaný a uzavřený. Objekty jsou součástí jak instalace, tak se objevují i jako rekvizity ve videu prezentovaném na dřevěném objektu umístěném na podlaze, jehož podoba vychází z tvarosloví táců. Ve videu se uprostřed luk setkávají zástupci tří stran, tři generálové a mají spolu podivný oběd, při kterém je jídlo podáváno na zmíněných železných objektech. Během konzumace se o jídlo dělí, uzurpují jej, tácy se posouvají, střetávají, vznikají nejrůznější spojení a kombinace, jako by probíhala uzemní plánování, dohody a kompromisy. Každá z postav zároveň zastává jiný povahový charakter. Pro práci je důležitý kontrast mocenských her, které vtiskují věcem (územím) novou podobu, a ženským elementem, který je schopen nad tímto existovat v setrvalé energii.

The artwork “V polích” / In the Fields is a visual comment on the borderline regions, dividing lines and historical, political events that happened there. There are two approaches in the work: Geometric – analytic one, and that of film imagery. The sheet metal objects, reminiscent of serving trays, were made by a Palestinian blacksmith. Each tray represents a different type of territorial demarcation, from quite an open space up to a strictly controlled and closed one. The objects are both part of the installation and appearing as props in the video projected on the wooden tray placed on the floor whose appearance is based upon serving tray morphology. In the video, representatives of three parties, three generals, meet in the middle of a meadow, sharing a strange lunch at which food is being served on the above mentioned sheet metal objects. While eating, the generals divide the food among themselves, usurping it, the trays are pushed and shifted, clashing, a variety of connections and combinations occurs as if a territorial planning was going on, agreements and compromises made. At the same time each of the three characters represents a different personality type. What is important for this artwork is the contrast between the power games which strive to imprint new shapes upon thing (territories), and the female element that is able to exist above this all with its constant energy.
